Cover Wars: Barracuda

cw-barracuda

Cover wars is back! At least for now while I’m feeling inspired. And what has inspired me you ask? The American release of Barracuda by Christos Tsiolkas (review). It is one of my favorite books of 2014 and it’s got a brilliant new cover for the American release (does that reveal my bias?).

So which cover does it for you?

  1. Another vote for the US cover. As a Canadian who draws a lot of reading information/inspiration from UK sources I have been shocked by the gawdy fussiness of a number recent releases in their UK editions relative to what I see in Canada. The latest from Margaret Atwood, David Mitchell and Joshua Ferris come to mind.
